MC0001 is the first coordinated conference dedicated to investigating how artificial conscious systems could be constructed under a computational paradigm, and what it would mean to succeed.
We aim to gather the main people and organizations who are contributing to the emergent field of machine consciousness: those formalizing theories of experience, building self-organizing systems, probing internal representations, and defining empirical criteria for artificial consciousness.
Participation is invitation- and application-only to ensure depth and alignment.

Attendance & Tickets

This event is intended for individuals aged 21 and over. Attendees under the age of 21 must be accompanied at all times by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.
Access to talks, panels, and select experiences across the event. Food and beverages throughout the day. Lunch is served from 12pm-1pm Saturday and Sunday.
Dinner will be provided Saturday from 6-8 PM for all ticket holders.
Saturday May 30, 2026 After Party from 8–10PM for all pass holders
We are not able to accommodate ticket transfers. You must cancel your ticket fully and the other person must purchase their own ticket.
You can cancel your ticket and receive a reimbursement up to three weeks before the event. Any cancellation after May 8, 2026 will not be fully refunded
We are able to offer a refund up until May 8, 2026. Any cancellations after May 8, 2026 will not receive a full refund.

You may drop your bags in your room as early as 2:00 PM, though rooms may not be fully ready until 6:00 PM.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
If you need to store your luggage we can house it in building A, talk to the front desk
We ask guests not to park within 2 blocks of the venue to avoid disrupting neighbors.
No, please use ride share when possible as there is limited street parking in the area.
Accessibility
Yes — there are multiple bathrooms available across the venue in Buildings A, B, C, and outside of E
The ground floor of A, C, and E don't require any stairs to get to. B has 2 stairs to get to the ground floor.
The ground floor of A, B, C, and E all have bathrooms, none big enough for a wheelchair. The gym bathroom is the biggest and closest to the sized of a handicap stall.
